Because moss is a living thing (and frankly, it has a mind of its own), I don’t offer returns or refunds on moss boxes. Once it leaves my hands, it’s out there living its mossy truth. That said—if your order arrives looking very wrong, damaged, or not at all what you expected, please reach out within 48 hours. I can't promise a replacement, but I’m always open to a kind conversation. I want you to feel good about bringing a bit of the wild into your world.

I do offer a few specific moss varieties when they're available (they'll be listed separately in the shop), and I’m always happy to try and honour special requests! That said, moss is a seasonal, location-based little creature—and I only harvest what the forest allows. Sustainability comes first, so availability can shift like morning mist.
